Please be specific about the state where you wish to pursue to engineering courses. However you have another option as University/College entrance exams. Most of the reputed Universities conducts their own entrance cum scholarship exams for admission into their B.E/B.Tech programs. Few of them are as under.

2. Manipal University conducts MET
3. Chandigarh University conducts CUSAT
4. Lovely Professional University conducts LPUNEST
5. AMITY University AMITYJEE
These all the exams are very easy with comparison to JEE Main and you can manage these. One negative aspect with these colleges is very high expenses.

Hello A Patel, Environmental engineering is definitely worth pursuing particularly in today's environment. All around us we are seeing a great awareness in people having forced to take care of the experiment.
