There is very less chance in VIT, Chennai CSE, I think that might be closed under 5000. But you can still sit for counselling, might be you can get something good.

Getting IIIT Sri City - Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT Chittoor) in B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is impossible at this rank as the last year closing rank for this branch is 90k only.

Getting NIT college of Durgapur seems impossible for you with this rank, and score as the last year the closing rank for all the branches is around INR. 1.5 Lacs only for the reserved candidates.

With this score and rank getting any of the NITs, IIITs or GFTIs is not possible and in the desired it seems like impossible for you, but you can for some very low ranked GFTIs.

Yes, of course you are qualified for JEE Advance with this score and with this rank, as this year the percentile cut-off for the unreserved category was 89.75, for EW it was 78.2 for OBC, it was 74.3 whereas for SC, ST and PwD, it was 54, 44.3 and 0.11, respectively.

Yes of course, there is admission for B.Tech CS and IS in NIE.
Keeping previous year cut-off as a reference you can apply in KEA. Since you belong to a lateral entry, you'll be offered 150 credits for 3 years to get your B.Tech.
