Apart from this, you can also practice grammar by attempting past year question papers and mock tests. There are many good books in the market to polish your English comprehension skills. It would be a better idea to MBA or LL.B after BMS.MBA from a top b school would be a good move ahead. You can do M.A. English through distance later on.

For CAT, graduation from a recognized university is required.
It matters a lot about your 10th & 12th during IIM shortlisting but to appear for CAT one needs to have just graduated from a recognised university.
