Yes, the University of Bern offers a number of English taught courses as part of its course catalogue, however, all UG courses at Bern, can only be taken up in the German language & therefore, interested applicants seeking admission to undergraduate education at Bern University must demonstrate valid proof of German language proficiency.

PG courses & doctoral courses at the institute however, are available in both English & German languages.

  1. Yes, as a PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) student, you can apply for English (BA Hons. English) at Delhi University (DU) — but you cannot ignore your PCB subjects completely if they were part of your CUET.

  2. Ensure you included English language + at least 2 other valid subjects in your CUET attempt.
  3. If your CUET only had PCB + English, your merit will be based on those scores—which is allowed.
  4. You cannot exclude or replace PCB marks with other subjects not attempted in CUET.
