Hi Sunaya,
There's no need to worry if your English is weak because it can be improved. There are many methods to improve your communication skill. You can start watching English movies, Tutorials on you tube, Read english newspaper daily. But the most effective method to improve your english is "actually speaking it" with your friends, family or relatives who can correct your mistake and help you speak fluently overtime. Most of the people don't get out of their comfort zone to improve their communication skills because they are afraid, take a step, start speaking no matter how you speak and eventually your English will improve. The minimum eligibility criterion required for the candidates is to possess a Bachelors degree in English or relevant discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. Admission to MA English is done on the basis of entrance tests.

To pursue teaching, you require a B.Ed and if you are absolutely sure about teaching English, you should do B.A. In English as well.

There is not a particular book just for B.A English honors entrance exam for Jamia Millia Islamia. But if you want to prepare then you can go through the Arihant preparation book for English.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc (Hons) in Chemistry :
Minimum 60% required in class 12th.
Mandatory Subject: Chemistry
Candidate should have secured 45% marks in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination or 55% in the subject or related subject at the previous qualifying examination or 50% marks in aggregate when the candidate has not studied the subject in his/her previous qualifying examination provided all other clauses are satisfied.

I would suggest you to go for BA English in your UG, and then while doing your PG, you can go for a PG degree in Mass Communication, if you still have interest in BA Journalism. BA Journalism at the UG level is kind of an umbrella course that teaches you a little bit of everything. You don't gain mastery over any specific area.

There will be many foreign universities offering distance education like Nottingham Trent University Online, Walden University, Mass Online, etc. You can simply find it on the net, check the university websites for the requirements and apply. Check for necessary accreditation also. The application process will be online.
