Hello,
First of all, you need to select the college or University you want to go in. In Master's course they conduct an entrance while in some cases. The admission are direct, so you have to get prepared for both. It doesn't matter, if you come from good place or backward you have to work hard.

Hello Annie, The UGC NET 2018 Exam has been conducted from 20th June to 26th June 2019. After completing the exam, aspirants who appeared in the exam must be seeking for the UGC NET result and the cut-off. The UGC NET Result has been released on 13th July 2019 by National Testing Agency. As per the request, here I'm sharing the cutoff marks for UGC NET English June 2019 -

Unreserved - 66.00%
OBC - 60.67%

Yes, you are eligible. There isn't any minimum percentage required for admission in BA. You just need to pass class 12th from a recognized board.

As per the eligibility criteria of B.Arch, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Qualifying Examination. No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/ he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Hence, you are not eligible for B.Arch programme.
