Yes, if the course for Masters is available there depends on the norms of the college. It must be having entrance for admission to Masters course. In Delhi University, Masters admission is done by entrance or merit based for students in DU. You can get merit based.

Yes, in most of the states, it is possible to pursue B.Ed after B.Tech. So check your state's B.Ed entrance exam criteria whether it allow B.Tech student for English or not.
