Yes, you may be eligible, if you have completed B.Ed also. And, one important thing is that 2nd grade exam is divided into two parts.
1. Science stream
2. Arts stream only
And, there is an option to choose any two languages.

The programme AIMS to offer to eligible candidate's exposure to a wide range of literary work in Hindi. B.Ed in English is a 2-year full-time graduate certificate-level course in education.
