Admission is on the basis of merit in 10+2.
Also, fraction of marks less than the requisite percentage would not be rounded off to the advantage of the candidate i.e. 32.9%, 39.9% and 49.9% shall not be rounded off to 33%, 40%, 50% etc.

Delhi University doesn't take the entrance exam for these courses. The admission for Bachelors degree courses is totally merit based- on the basis of your 12th best four percentage.

The admission to MA in English in DU is conducted through entrance mode, so you will have to give entrance. Then, they will allot you a college as per your entrance performance. And if it is not so good, then you will not get admission in DU.
You are eligible for the entrance exam of MA in English because the minimum percentage required in graduation is 50% from any recognized university.

You can add only one language course Hindi or English, Not both. And three core subject. You can include physical education as a subject but in percentage your 2.5% has to be deducted. For more information, you can download the brochure of Delhi University and you can also check out the last years cut-off for different courses on Delhi University website.
