No, they will release a list of cut-off percentage. If your class 12th percentage is above the cut-off, you can go for counselling. However, getting more than the cut-off percentage does not secure a seat. It depends on number of students going to the counselling and number of seats available.

Hello Aniket,
If you want proficiency in a subject, you have to study that subject. In language, it's written comprehension, listening comprehension, writing and speaking. One must get expertise in all four. For this there is no easy way except to practice.

Why does someone learn any language? Other than teaching too, there are different avenues. You can appear for civil services examination. You can join armed forces. You can do MBA.

Hello Sourav,
Fear of something, we all have. Students invariably have fest of maths. CS is definitely ruled out since you will require maths every minute. On the other hand, MBA does require English but one can manage.
