For LLM program, you have to complete 3 years of LLB program after completing BA English honors program. Then, you will become eligible to apply for LLM program.

Yes, if a student is very brilliant the university can provide some relaxation and may not require any English proficiency test. You must directly check with the universities.

Yes, you can apply if you want to start teaching profession in school level after your B.Ed programme. There will be Entrance exam for B.ed in different universities.
Even, you can think of these field too with your education background.

Vocabulary
English Grammar
Comprehension Passages
Make Habit of talk in English.
Read English New Papers/Article etc.
Learn New Worlds daily (at least 10)

Hi Bharath, not necessary but it will be an additional skill and will be useful for day to day communication and increased employability. Universities offer German language courses for international students, you can enroll into these.
