Unfortunately, presently language of instruction in all engineering colleges is only English. There is no option. You will have to take extra classes for learning English.

You can go for journalism, novelist, writing poetry, short stories and blogging. That is if you are interested in writing and are creative. You can also get into the teaching field or public speaking course if you tend towards extroversion. However, a good hold on language is a plus point in every field, especially the ones which involves dealing with people like in management jobs where eloquence and social skills are a must.
