Minimum qualifications to become a teacher for classes VI-VIII: elementary stage
1. Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in elementary education.
Or
2. Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor's in education (B.Ed).

Hi Ranjeet,
Every college abroad requires international students to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores. Without a language requirement score, you will not be considered for admissions. Some universities may waive off your IELTS or TOEFL requirement, if you have a good profile but it will depend on the university.
If you are not confident of taking the test, how can you survive the English speaking environment abroad? I will strongly advise you to take the tests.

BCA is a technical course, so it is better if you are doing BCA in English because in BCA you need skills in English.
