Yes, you can. After completing graduation in any subject, you become eligible for MA English. But, in most of the university you have to appear for entrance test. In some universities, they give extra points to the students who study English at graduation level.

You could work in publishing houses or newspapers. You could go for further studies like MA (if you are interested in lecturership). You could do B.Ed. if you want go for primary school teaching. You could do, if you want to, design courses like fashion, interiors etc. You could do MA in mass communication.

Yes, you can. You need an aggregate of 55% in graduation to appear for an entrance exam. Start reading classical literature like Homer, Illiad, licence strata, and Aristophanes. Also, take up books of writers like George Eliot, Jane Austen, and Mary Shelley.
