You can go with Wren and Martin. It is English medium but it is very easy or you can go with JPH General English, they use Hindi.

You can teach subjects studied at BA level, to the high school students. I would suggest English because it is always a primary subject for India and we can get jobs easier, with English. But, you can train yourself for all subjects, by an in-depth study.

To pursue a Bachelors degree in Germany, applicants must complete 13 years of education, that is an additional year of formal education after 12th. You may meet this requirement by:
clearing the Feststellungsprfung exam (Studienkolleg)
or
Enrolling into a Bachelors degree and completing the first year
or
Clearing the IIT JEE Advanced

Yes, you are eligible to get into DU with this score. However, the general category cut off for JEE this year was 100, thus you have to score more marks in JEE next year if you desire to get into good engineering colleges.
