Check, whether there is an eligibility test. If yes, prepare well for it. You are fundamentally qualified for PG English. But, keep your percentage well and your certificates of reservation.

Go right at the basics, first. When you have no spoken skills, begin by being clear. Then, do fluency exercises. Build up the minimum levels of vocabulary. Get hold of the tunes of English. You should sound like English, avoiding traces of your mother tongue.
