As you can write, you can practice reading also. Try reading, at varying speeds. Change your intonation each time. Begin dramatizing your reading. You can create a habit of it, very shortly. You can practice speaking, in isolation also. At a later stage, you can go for interaction with others. But, mainly speaking is practicing. Try for 2 or 3 months and you can find a lot of success.

Read a lot of books, not necessarily school text books and grammar books. Read novels and a lot of good books as it is a good way to learn new words and expand your knowledge. Keep referring to the dictionary.

Listen and watch English news and channels. Watch English movies with subtitles. The best way to practice is by communicating in English at home with family and friends. If required, take a spoken English course. A number of practice sample audio and texts are available online nowadays.

Don't lose hope, I am the one who scored 15 out of 100 in mathematics in class 8th, after that I took a challenge and now I feel better and happy that I overcame all my depression. Never lose hope. Percentage cannot give you everything but knowledge does, concentrate on your dream.

You can begin with reading exercises and making use of a phonetic reader. You can find publications of EFLU in book shops. The practice should go on for about three weeks constantly. You must practice pronunciation of important English words, which may be around two thousand in count. You must speak, without struggling. Practice weak forms of helping verbs also. Then, speaking does not mean bombarding others with words. It is just speaking out your mind without groping for words.
