The basic eligibility criterion needed to be fulfilled for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification in the science stream from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50% at both levels.
But having biology or not will differ from college to college.

The eligibility criteria of IISc BS 2018 include eligibility requirements related to the qualifying examination (12th/II PUC) and eligibility criteria related to selection based on channels like JEE Main, JEE Advanced and KVPY. No, it is not possible. For M.Sc ES, you have to do B.Sc - ES. If you really interested for Environmental course, then you can go for MSW also.
