Hi Chethan,If you were firm about pursuing career through UPSC, then you should definitely go for the same. But, if you are not really sure about it, you should go for another option which is of M.Sc Environmental is also one of the good courses. I think you can for more details please refer to particular college website and you can also check in shiksha for that purpose it shows the courses available in a particular college where you can check the prerequisites of the biotechnology course.
