Yes, you can do event management after B.Com. You can go for a proper degree or else even Diploma degree will do.
For diploma, usually there's nothing such to clear for application, but in some there is basic entrance examination.

Honestly, both corporate event management and wedding planning are very different from each other. If you enjoy official parties, then you may probably go for corporate event management, but if you like all those chirping noises and informal gatherings, then opt for wedding planning.
