To be an Event Manager, the candidate must have a bachelor's or a master's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Event Management, Hotel Management, Hospitality & Travel, etc. However, becoming an Event Manager in a reputed company depends on one's skills and interests. If a candidate has good communication, learning & adapting, attention to detail, creativity, and leadership skills, he/she can attract a good company and a higher package.

Admission to an Event Management course needs its candidates to fulfill eligibility criteria. But eligibility criteria depend on course levels.

For example, if you want to get UG course, you need to pass Class 12 from any stream with a minimum of 50% score.

But if you want PG course you need to have bachelor's degree.

Similarly, diplomas and certification differs as per college.
