Actually, a three-year gap does not disqualify you to do a BBA in Event Management, but just in case you have taken the 10+2 examination with the desired passing marks. Most colleges offer courses to students who have kept studying for a few years before coming back to join if one has passed the 10+2 examination with at least a score of 50-55 % or above from a recognised board of studies. For pursuing MBA in event management entrance exam you have to give the following entrances - 

  • CMAT: A national-level entrance exam for management programs 
  • XAT: A popular entrance exam for event management 
  • SNAP: The Symbiosis National Aptitude Test, administered by Symbiosis International University

These all are the exams for MBA (Masters in business studies).

There are no separate exam to be given for event management.
