Hi,
As per my experience, I would suggest- PGDAME because event management requires experience more than education after a point. If a person has studied event management in their graduation, then they do not need to spend 2 more years in MBA; a few months of diploma is better and can get them a job easily. Everything else i.e. growth and success, then depends on the individual, their passion and their ability to grab opportunities to gain experience and knowledge.

Yes, these days colleges provide Diploma in event management. But, it is better to go for a degree in event management than the Diploma.
