Both the exam used for the English language Test. Also, both have different exam pattern. According to us, PTE is much easier than IELTS because PTE is a computer-based exam. It is a totally virtual exam. You just need to focus on your vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and reading speed. Also, there are many websites that offer the Free Mock test for PTE exam preparation like 79score.com. While in the IELTS it is paper and computer-based both but in the speaking section, you need to give the exam in front of the examiner, which makes students quite nervous. NTA has decided some guidelines for the aspirants to appear for the UGC NET Exam. According to that aspirants who have Masters degree or post graduate Diploma from the UGC Approved Universities can apply for the exam. IGNOU is an UGC Approved University, so one who qualified the post-graduation from IGNOU is eligible for the UGC NET exam if he/she has 55% (General) or 50% (OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgenders). If candidates want to appear for the UGC NET Junior Research Fellowship then they also have to fulfill the age criteria I. e. as follow -
For General - 30 Years Maximum Age
For OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgenders/Women - 5 Years Relaxa
