There are numerous universities and institutes who are working in distance education. The best will be as per your profile and standards.
Look for a brand name among corporate, approvals, service (important), flexibility, exam pattern and pedagogy. Do a pin pointed analysis and take admission.

Yes, the admissions in Amity are direct. There are basic formalities on interview but ultimately everyone gets admission unless the class 11 marks were really low.

EMBA programmes are normally offered as the weekend programmes for working professionals. You should find a good institute near your place of work and join the same for EMBA.

Most of the good EMBA are full time courses. You are advised to do part-time MBA which has better learning opportunities in comparison to distance learning. If you share your current work location more appropriate advice can be shared.
