NIBM is a decent training institute and they provide training on different subjects. It does not have any recognition by central and state government bodies.
You can consider the colleges like NMIMS, SP Jain, Welingkar, etc. for EMBA program.

If he is in confusion to choose the right field in MBA programme, I would recommend that he should opt for Job experience and get the knowledge of professional life and see how the market work and his caliber will be applicable in which domain.
