You need at least 50% in UG, 12th, 10th and 5 years of experience and need GMAT/CAT score. Some institutes also accepts 2 to 3 years of experience for executive MBA.

Dear Ajit,
It is always good to move ahead by upgrading yourself on the career path that you are interested in, but as you have mentioned that you have 10 years of work experience in banking operations & Planning. I would highly recommend you to go for 2 years full-time MBA in banking and finance at Symbiosis College of Banking and Finance. The faculty members and placement facilities provided by them are very good. In case if you cannot pursue full-time MBA, then they also provide management development programs for the working professionals as well. To pursue executive MBA, you need not to appear for any exam. Executive MBA is for working professionals / people who have had work experiences ranging from 3 years+. Each institute has their own defined norms for admission. You need to check it and then pursue it accordingly.
