To seek admission in an executive MBA program, you don't need to appear for an open test. The admission criteria is simple minimum 50% marks at graduation level & a experience certificate/NOC from your employer confirming that you have 3 + years of experience.
You need to check the admission process for the specific college wherein you intend to seek admission for more details.

ITM is a better brand, overall placements are similar in both the above mentioned colleges. You can try for BIMM or Flame B-School for better job opportunities.

Executive MBA by distance learning are valuable for learning management concepts and may not give much benefits in career growth. Your existing employer may not give you any increase or role change because of Executive MBA from IMT. You may get higher education benefit with change of job. I suggest you to evaluate full time executive MBA so that you can avail campus placement benefits.
