Hi Ankita,
XIMR does not have its own executive programme. However it is in process of launching one in association with XLRI. Kindly check the XLRI website for additional details.
Ideally, 3-5 years of work experience is preferred for executive programme but the eligibility for the admission process varies from institute. It is also preferred to do an executive programme from a reputed college for greater weightage in your career prospects.
In Bombay, Welingkar, JBIMS and the others offer executive programmes for different specializations and all over India the IIMs among the others offer the same. Kindly narrow down a few colleges you
