The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries course i.e. Foundation Programme, Executive Programme and Professional Programme.
The student who would like to join the course after passing the graduation has to undergo two stages of the company secretaryship i.e. Executive Programme and Professional Programme.
Foundation Programme can be done after 10+2 pass or equivalent students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream (excluding Fine Arts).
Executive Programme can be done by a graduate with any stream except Fine A

Switching from one course to another is only justified, when you believe that you can perform better in the other course where you are shifting. Taking into consideration the fact that you cleared CPT itself in three attempts, calls for some introspection and checking whether you want to continue with the same field or not. Further switching to CS is also on the same path, just a bit easier (as said by some people). Think wisely, whether you want to continue with CA. If that's a yes, be prepared to accept failures that come along because the rewards are many, when they come to you. Think wisely. All the best.

If you are not interested in M.Tech in your post-graduation and you are interested in journalism and mass communication, you can go for M.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication). Eligibility for M.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication) in most of the top universities is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree. (It may vary with the university you choose)
The most important thing is that from where you pursue your post-graduation. It's better to choose good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements like Lovely Professional University, Jindal University, Christ University an
