Dear Aman, if you are asking that whether Executive MBA is a good career option or not, then I will say a big 'yes'. Executive MBA is really a high valued and demanding course in today's management market. But, in order to get admission in Ex-MBA, you must have at least 5 year of work experience at Managerial level. Aman, I am not sure that even IIMs offers the post-graduation course in Ex-MBA, but I would suggest you to go for FMS-DU (Faculty of Management Studies - Delhi University). I hope you are well aware about it. Its fees is quite low as compared to other institutions and placement index is significantly high enough. If you did well throughout the tenure of MBA, you can easily fetch a Rs. 25-30 LPA job (as per last year), with a designated post.
