Yes, Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) at the University of Delhi does offer an Executive MBA programme and MBA Executive (HCA) program. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA Executive program: To secure admission in FMS Delhi's MBA Executive program, candidates are required to have at least five years of experience as an executive or administrator in a commercial/government establishment or registered organisation post their Bachelor's degree.
• MBA Executive (HCA) program: For the MBA Executive (HCA) program, candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in an executive or administrative role within a public or private Health Care Organization, or in the Health Sector, after completing the qualifying degree.

Additionally, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 45% marks or an equivalent grade.

Indeed, taking the CAT is a requirement for admission to FMS Delhi University. For admission, the institute does not recognize the results of any other MBA entrance exam for candidates who are domestic. For students in the General category, the minimal cutoff needed to get into FMS is the 98th percentile. The 98th percentile on the CAT is the cutoff point for admission to FMS. For students in the SC category, the CAT cutoff is between the 50th and 85th percentiles. For the 2023–25 batch, the cutoffs are anticipated to remain the same.

In FMS, Delhi, the CAT score counts for half of the selection criteria. The results of Classes 10 and 12, the Personal Interview, the Statement of Purpose, and the Extempore are the additional selection factors.
