Both are equivalent. So, it depends on you what you like the most. If you are good at sketching or have interest in apparel and accessories, then you should go for fashion designing but if you have more interest in decorating indoor or houses go for interior designing.

There is no such course as MBA in fashion design. But, you can do MFM that is Masters in fashion management. It is offered by NIFT.
You can get the details from their official website:

Apart from this, there are post graduate courses offered by colleges like Pearl Academy in retail management and fashion business. NIFT course is the best and offer good placements. You are eligible for it as they accept applications from various undergraduate backgrounds.

No. If you want to do PG in fashion designing, then you have to do Diploma in fashion designing 1st.

For doing any diploma in any designing field, either its fashion or any other. The educational qualification required is 10+2 only. If you are graduate then also, you can pursue for diploma.

N, you don't need to be an expert in drawing to pursue B.Design in fashion. The basics will be taught in this course from the 1st year itself.
