Candidates applying in Pearl Academy (fashion design) for UG courses need to complete 17 years, but should not be over 20 years of age. The applicants of PG courses have to be above 21 years.

The career in fashion designing starts as a trainee designer after the completion of respective courses and later enters into higher stages of the fashion industry. I understand that your cousin is specially abled. There are separate reserved seats for students like her in government colleges. I would recommend NIFT. It is the best top college for fashion and is a government college. Entrance exams are held every year at various centres. Your cousin can appear for them and get admission.
