It all depends on which college & from which city or state you want to pursue your Diploma course in acting. Different college has different fee structure. So, I would suggest you to search out individually about all top listed college & gather their fee structure which is available on their websites. No, you won't get that much of time for acting in films. IAS officers remain in duty almost 24 hours. They don't have that much of time.
