Diploma in Food Production at SIHM Rohtak is a 18 month course with the highest standards of education and they are offering only 40 seats for every specialisation.
The overall fee structure for the entire course would be between INR 1.5 to 2 Lacs which includes all the charges like hostel, canteen and other expenses.

There are only 40 seats available for Diploma in Food Production at State Institute Of Hotel Management (SIHM) Rohtak. To be eligible for the course, the candidate needs to have a minimum of 50% marks in Class 12th with English as one of the subjects in a relevant stream from any recognised board.

The State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM) in Indore, India has a good reputation for placements for its Diploma in Food Production program. The college offers 100% placements in campus interviews.Almost 70% of the students got placed in companies like McDonald's, Burman Hospitality, Bikano, Absolute Barbecue, etc. Only retail companies come to our college, and only one or two hotels come on the campus. The highest salary package offered is 3.4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA.
