You can speak to the college administration on personal level, if they can exempt the attendance for you and can allow you to get the books issued and study from home. Though there are very less chances, you can try. May be you will have to attend the classes around twice or thrice a week.

It will be a real challenge. You need to contact some universities first, take WES evaluation. Some universities will hesitate to accept three year degree, but few will. A lot of groundwork and research must be done by you. Contact the universities.

It's great that you are interested in MBA in healthcare and hospital management. However, you need to attend a minimum percentage of classes to get your degree. It is as per the AICTE regulations. Try to attend the classes. If you are not able to attend regular classes then please go for the distance programme.

It is better to opt for full time MBA. But, if you are working or cannot pursue a full time course, then you can opt for part time MBA. For both the courses, you will have to give an entrance exam to get admission in the college.
