As a regular MBA, you have to attend the classes daily. If it's impossible for you to attend regular classes, then you need to apply for online or distance MBA.

If you are pursuing BBA and college is UGC approved board or University, then of course, you are eligible to do MBA.

Hello! Unfortunately, any good college in India won't accept that low graduation score for its full-time MBA/PGDM course since having at least 50% is a must.

Hello! As long as that college is a government-recognized one and you've scored at least 50% aggregate marks, it should ideally not be a problem. Good luck!
