I don't think that any university provide this sort of facility of doing two courses together. You can look for some other universities like IGNOU for doing your M.Com.

Look, it all depends on one's capability of handling situations. A regular course degree surely gets more recognition and value in the market than a correspondence one, but as we all know that CA is one of the most the toughest courses in our country and it requires a lot of study and time of your daily life. So if you think you can not manage time between the two, then I would suggest you to go for correspondence one.
