Yes you can. It is one of the growing fields of today and is a totally raw and new area. It is having ample opportunties that can knock your career up due to today's digitalization era and these courses are having large scope.

For game designing, you can pursue animation and VFX. I think for game designing, Arena animation is the best academy. For game developing, you can check Maya academy. Both are best, but note that designing and development are different field of gaming industry.
