Hi, though both fields have unique characteristics and applications. If you are into genetic information, heredity, and the molecular basis of traits, Genetics might be a better fit. If you are interested in applying biological principles to develop new technologies, Biotechnology could be more suitable.
Further, if you aspire to work in the development of new drugs, biotechnological processes, or genetic engineering, Biotechnology might align better.

M.Sc Genetics University of Delhi The Application Process of M.Sc. However in genetics at DU the guidance is given on the basis of CUET PG scores. If you score 97 (in CUET PG-Agriculture)then you have to participate in counseling from DU.
Here's a brief overview:
1. Participation: Apply on the DU PG admission portal.
2. APPLY: Applications are invited for the M.Sc Genetics Application Form
3. Merit List: The merit list of DU will be prepared on the basis of CUET PG scores.
