You have to fill the application form for the university, which will be out during time if admission probably next year only now, it requires minimum of 45% in your 12 boards to be eligible for the course.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc. (Geography) after BA in Geography. Pune University, BHU, JMI, etc. Offer M.Sc. In geography. Admission in most cases is done through entrance exams.
