MBA in foreign countries require applicants to have work experience after they complete their Bachelor's degree, it's not like in India.Also even if you come across universities accepting freshers it might not be a very good one.Without work experience the alternative is to check out MS MANAGEMENT.

Hello Kiran, not necessary if the language of instruction is English, however, it is always advisable to learn the language for better prospects of admission and jobs. You have to check on the university websites for the language of delivery and admission requirements to get to know these things better.

There are only two reputed Canadian universities, who can offer you MBA with 15 years of education (10+2+ 3 years UG)
1-Royal Road University
2- NYIT
But, both of them are a bit expensive universities.
Never go for Vancouver Island University and Thompson River University, they will also offer you MBA, but these are one of the worst colleges you may find in Canada.
