Hi Rahul, European universities, in general, have good extremely MS management programmes and there is a scope for employment. Employers do prefer fresh graduates in management who can be flexible and adaptive compared to experienced MBA professionals. It will fetch you jobs but not higher level positions as an MBA would be getting. But, overall, the scope is good as far as I know. Please see that you do so from a reputed university. Take GMAT I think, it is required for most MS management programmes.

Hi Anurag, A very slim chance is there and depends on how strong your profile otherwise is besides the percentage you secured. Excellent letters of recommendations, projects, internship, publication work, research oriented work, patents etc. And also the statement of purpose will be evaluated. Your application will scrutinized more strictly because of the low percentage. Do keep in mind that is low for German universities, if you apply to universities in other countries such as Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark etc. You may have possibility of admission. You can also try in Australia. You have to clear the IELTS in addition.

Hi Yash,
Most universities in Germany will require an IELTS score for application purposes. You can take a German language proficiency test however most Masters programs are taught in English language. You may check the language of instruction on university websites and decide further. GATE scores are accepted by German universities but not mandatory. The application procedure is mainly processed by a common application portal called university-ASSIST. You should visit the university-ASSIST website for relevant information. DAAD website is also a repository of information, DAAD also offers scholarships to bright students to study in Ge

First, check whether Germany offers Ph.D in English or not. To do Masters in Pharma, you need to register with the respective country's pharmaceutical council. Also, you should understand that Master's degree courses offered in India and Master's degree courses offered abroad are totally different. Hence, I suggest you go to the UK for Master's degree and then try to do Ph.D.

Hi Shriya,
Your IELTS score is very low. An overall score of 6.5 is required for any PG level course in the world. But IELTS alone is not going to give you admission. And also depending on how good your profile is this current score may be considered. It is true not just for Germany but also the other two countries you mentioned. Germany is a research hub so it should be your first preference. You must have had very good marks in your Masters, publications, papers, projects, etc. For any Ph.D applicant, relevant paperwork is very important. Knowledge of German language is highly suggested. I will advise you to check options in all thes

Hi Rahis Khan, It is partially true for some universities in Germany. Most of the public universities and undergraduate courses in Germany are free of cost and equally very competitive to secure admission. This is not true in case of France, they may offer free education to its domestic students but not to international students. Overall, its not too highly priced. France has some very world-renowned schools for hotel management as compared to Germany like the ESH Paris Hotel School, International Hospitality Management School Vatel, etc. In Germany, you can see SRH Hotel-Akademie, Dresden.

Hi Samridhi,
GATE scores are accepted by German institutions. Your academics are good but a higher percentage in B.Tech would somehow have been better. None the less, apply. Take the IELTS too. Besides the GATE score and your B.Tech percentage, universities will also check your internship quality, projects, research, patents if any, publications etc. It's a highly competitive process in Germany. Good luck.

Hi Abhishek,
When you are applying to Germany for studies as an international student, you have to show funds of around Euro 8000 which is the expense of 1-year. The living expense includes accommodation, food, utility bills, commutation, etc. This amount is required in order to get the visa. On a per month basis, you will need around Euro850. How much you can earn more or save will depend on the salary you get which will depend on the job you are doing. Another advice will be that you compare the living expenses of the different places in Germany. Places like Munich and Cologne are expensive.

Hi Gaurav,
If you are targeting affordable options, you can consider Germany, Australia, Ireland, Singapore, etc. You have to narrow down your final choice by going through several university websites, the fees and expenses, geographical location and your preference, admission requirements mainly, university reputation, its corporate tie up, student support etc. There are many factors you have to consider. If you have very good academic profile you can avail scholarship. Target countries having good stay back options so that you can work after studies and gain necessary work plus international experience. Canada is also a top option bu
