Hi,The eligibility criteria to pursue Bachelor's degree in Germany is to complete 13 year education and knowledge of German language. In India, we have 12 year formal education, so in order to study your undergraduate course in Germany you must have one more additional year. To fulfil this criteria, you can clear your IIT-JEE Advance.
Complete the first year of a recognized Bachelor's degree programme.

Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. A 60% in your UG BCA might not be sufficient. Eligibility Requirements:
For PG courses : Students are expected to have at least 70-75% from a reputed Indian University. They are also required to appear for GRE (by some Universities) and a score of above 300 should do the needful. Also, it can boost a student's profile if he or she appears for the course even though the University has not requested for it. IELTS (6.0) or TOEFL (100) is also required. Regards.

Hello there,
The admission process takes upto 6-8 months or more including from the time of admission announcements to admission decisions. The visa process must also be counted which is a time consuming affair. You must know the admission deadlines and intakes and submit your form in such a way that you don't miss the desired intake. Get in touch with the respective universities.

Hi Govind,
Please go through the DAAD website and check the list of funding opportunities they have. 100% scholarship is possible but seem to be a little difficult for you basis 70%. Instead of simply relying on a scholarship you should also think of applying for an education loan. More than half of the student population in India takes an education loan to study abroad so why can't you? Keep looking for options and something or the other will work out. Scholarships are always on the basis of merit, ability, skills etc.

Hi Sam,
First and foremost, you have to complete your undergraduate degree from a recognised university. You must be academically very strong and sound to be considered for admission in a German university. Normally if we look around, students who apply or being accepted by German institutions are very strong academically and have percentages in the range of 85 to 90% and above. Some other key requirements also include knowledge of German language although many universities do not require prior knowledge of German language. You must also take the IELTS. Your profile must be competitive and consist of excellent projects, research etc. F

The exact answer will depend on your desired programme of study and where you want to settle eventually. Both the country has its pros and cons. Even geographically both the nations are different. Germany is affordable compared to Canada. Germany is a well established study abroad destination and is very competitive. Students with academic and research oriented mindset apply to Germany and those with percentages as high as 90%. Canada is also a very big study abroad market now and has very good stay back options. In Canada you will find more degree options from diplomas to Masters compared to Germany. As I said the countries geographic

Normally, to secure admission in MS Germany, you would have to appear for the GRE exam, and also appear for a language proficiency exam like TOEFL or IELTS. You would also have to submit your UG score. Average fee structure for this course ranges from 10-20 Lacs INR.
