The scope is good and can be found in research, core science as well as engineering. You should aim for a Ph.D in this field for better opportunities. Germany is a good place for research.
As far as power plants are concerned, you can check the below mentioned link:

Your grades are very low for German Universities. 55% to 63% is not acceptable. You can find options in low tier universities, but you should think twice before investing your time and money in such B-schools. You must take GMAT. If you score well, you may still have a chance. Instead, you can look for other country options like Australia or New Zealand.
You must choose the specialization as per your education background and career plans. You must also submit a SOP to the university and justify why you choose the specialization. You can evaluate international business or general management. You can also look for global MB

The most important thing which you will need is high grades to be considered for admissions. GRE is optional and not even required by most Universities. International applicants must submit IELTS or TOEFL scores. Admissions are very selective and is mostly done on the basis of academic scores only.
It is good for you if you know or learn German language.
1. Jacobs University Bremen.
2. ULM University,
3. RWTH Aachen and
4. Passau University are some of the best known for Computer Science studies.
Good Luck.

Studying in Germany is a competitive process. Since German universities require 13 years of education you must complete another year of formal education after your 12th, you cannot apply to a German university after your 12th directly. You can enroll into a Bachelor's degree program and complete the first year with very good grades. Another option is to clear the IIT JEE advanced but I suppose you are from a non-math background hence not an option. Secondly bachelor degree programs would be taught in German so you must know the language. Check Goethe institute website for the certifications. Take a look at this:

With 58%, there is no chance in Germany. German Universities offer admission with grades as high as 90%. You must look for other less competitive countries like Poland, Cyprus, etc.

With 55%, you cannot apply for universities in Germany or Canada. They will reject you straightaway. SPP colleges might still give you admission, but you won't be getting visa. Australia is also competitive, but you can still make it. Accounts and finance related courses are better for a B.Com student, but it depends on your interest and career plans.
