Automobile designing is different from engineering and the degree courses in india for the same are very few. You will get all info related to it here:

University of Stuttgart, TU Darmstadt, Munich University of Applied Science, FH Aachen, TU Braunswick and Bremen University of Applied Science are some of the best. You may refer to QS World Rankings for more options. Scholarships are quite competitive in Germany though all universities have financial aid. You must have excellent grades to be considered for scholarships.
