Yes, a blocked account (Sperrkonto) is generally required for international students applying for a German student visa. It serves as proof of sufficient financial resources to cover living expenses during your studies.

Scores ranging between 515 to 615 on GMAT are good score and help in meeting cutoffs for applying to German universities for an MBA program. Any score above this is also a good one to get admissions. The cutoffs may vary per university and applicants must check admission trends and stats before aiming for a particular score.

Yes, for most English-taught degrees. You need to show English language proof, and TOEFL iBT is commonly accepted. The score needed depends on the university and program.

Some programs may ask for minimum scores in each TOEFL section. The TOEFL section wise requirements is 20 or more in Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, but not always. Check with the programme page.

Not all universities in Germany mandate the TOEFL requirements. Some schools accept other tests like IELTS or even English-medium education proof. But many German public universities and top programs still ask for TOEFL iBT.

Most top German universities ask for a TOEFL iBT score between 80 to 100. Some programs may accept lower, and some may want higher, depends on the course.
