No. Exemptions apply only to the specific APS procedure you're currently going through. Any new APS application you start later will follow whatever rules are in effect at that time.

No. dMAT is only required by applicants whose bachelor's degree is in Engineering, Commerce/Accounting/Finance/Economics, or Business/Management, and whose application is for Summer Semester 2027 or later intakes.

The acceptance rate of Rhine Waal University is between 50% - 68%. This university is somewhat selective. General entry requirements include having passed Class 12 for admission to UG courses of Rhine Waal. German student visa (National Visa Type D) from India usually takes 4 to 12 weeks to process after your biometrics appointment at VFS Global. If the wait time for appointment is also to be included, you can expect the entire process to take between 2 to 4 months.
