After MBA in Germany, graduates can apply for Job-seeker visa- valid for 18 months. At this time, applicants are allowed to look for jobs. Once they get job, graduates can apply for EU Blue Card or Residence permit. Before applying for EU Blue Card, applicants must have minimum annual salary of EUR 43,800 (can be lower for STEM fields). Germany has also introduced German Skilled Immigration Act which it is easier for international graduates to secure long-term residency.

Not everywhere. Most public universities are free (only €200-€300 semester fee). But in Baden-Württemberg state (universities like Heidelberg, KIT), Indian students must pay €1,500 tuition fee per semester. Also, TUM (Munich) has started charging fees recently. Always check official website before applying.
