You need to have a good CAT score i.e. 99.7 percentile+ to stand a decent chance of getting into FMS Delhi.

There are plenty of colleges that take other exam marks in consideration rather than GMAT. You can find them according to your area specification.
Good luck!

Even top ranked universities like Harvard and Standard may accept without work experience if you are something extraordinary.A number of tier 2 colleges which are decent also accepts. But not without GMAT. Schools requiring no GMAT may not be accredited. Also work experience is important because most of your classmates will be senior level professionals and you will find it hard to compete with them. If you have decided to invest then do it properly from a good university, gain work experience and take GMAT.

The statement is very clear, the scores are valid for five years. After five years you cannot use these scores for applying to a University, you must retake the exam. But you need to retake it only if you want to study after the scores have expired. It does not mean you have to keep giving the GMAT every 5-years. Hope it's clear now.

Hello Veersh,
The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a computer-adaptive test which assesses a persons analytical, writing, quantitative, verbal and reading skills in standard written English. You need to take this exam to get admission in a college for the post graduate management program, such as MBA and Masters in finance.

There are very few universities accepting students without work experience and GMAT. You can check Thompson Rivers University and Vancouver Island University.
